A surge of new listings flooded the market in September, and for the first time since 2020, Calgary is seeing true buyer’s market conditions emerge.

New listings outpaces sales by a wide margin in September, 3,782 versus 1,720, driving total inventory up to 6,916 homes. This shift marks an important turning point: supply is finally catching up to demand.
